Hero Jeri Kim

Dr. Jeri Kim, M.D

Dr. Jeri Kim, M.D

Dr. Jeri Kim was the Oncologist involved in the treatment (Chemotherapy) of Herb Ellerbe. The side effects of chemotherapy depend on the type of chemotherapy and the amount given. Anticipating and managing side effects can help to minimize them and provide the best possible experience for the person receiving chemotherapy. Dr. Kim was instrumental in the process of getting him started on his regimen, and spent countless hours fine tuning the process and trying to make him as comfortable as possible throughout his difficult treatment. For her perseverance and devotion to helping Herb through this, she is our “Hero”.
